The philosophy of Tesserae undoubtedly has a social function, oriented toward providing volunteer legal services related to social rights, labor rights, human rights, and the protection of women and their inclusion in male-dominated sectors such as strategic infrastructure and construction.

The team has directed many of its efforts to providing legal assistance to vulnerable women and their families, in transversal aspects that improve their quality of life.

We also provide legal support to the Tesserae InfraLab Foundation (www.tesseraeinfralab.org), whose goals include inclusion, employment, visibility, and gender-focused competency. The Foundation seeks to break the "glass ceiling" in male-dominated sectors.
